Non-payment
The property and title both legal and equitable sold or agreed to be sold by the
company will not pass the the customer until all sums due to the company have
been paid in full. Until that time they remain the property of Economy Dance Wears.
Non-delivery
Advice of non-delivery of goods invoiced must be notified in writing within seven
days, otherwise goods will be deemed to have arrived.
Returns- perfect goods
Prior consent muct be obtained from Economy Dance Wear before returning perfect
items which must be in their original packaging.
Back orders
Items not available at time of order will be placed on back order and posted at
a later date,unless otherwise stated.
VAT
All items classed as adult sizes will be charged VAT
