We aim to package and deliver your order as quickly as possible, for all orders received before 3pm we endeavor to complete the very same day (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays)

We try to keep our stock levels as high as possible but during busy periods we occassionally run out of items, we do try to keep our website updated but will always email or call you to let you know if the item you are wanting may be delayed

In these cases we may hold back your order for a day or two until the whole order is complete, but if the item is going to be longer than a few days we will post out what we have and leave the item on back order. We will keep you informed at all points.

If you are looking for an item that we do not appear to stock please give us a call or email, we can get hold of most things!

Returns

Returns- perfect goods

We want you to be happy with every purchase but if for some reason you are not then we are happy for you to return your item. You will be responsible for the costs of returning any item unless we delivered it incorrectly, it is damaged or defective. 

For your protection we recommend Royal Mail signed for service if the value of the goods is above £30.00 to ensure the safe arrival of your returned items. At the very least please obtain a proof of postage receipt incase you need to claim back from Royal Mail should your item go missing. Please enclose your Returns Note so we know where it has come from. All goods returned must be in perfect sellable condition and in their original packaging including any tags.  Any items which do not fit this criteria will be subject to inspection before refund / exchange is issued. For any items where the packaging is torn, defaced or incomplete we reserve the right to possibly deduct £1.00 per item off your final refund.  Please return within 14 days of receiving your order, after that date we may not accept your return.

If you wish to exchange your item for a larger or smaller size we are happy to re-send out to you free of charge – this does not include sale items. All exchanges are for the same product only – each order will be exchanged once only free of charge. For a fast exchange please order online (including postage) then return your item with the Returns Note, once the returned item has arrived back to us we will refund the original order plus postage. Or alternatively return your items with the Returns Note and we will process the exchange once we receive it. Please allow a few days for us to process and post your exchange. Extra items added to the exchange process will be subject to postage costs. Returns forms can be found on each product page.

Tights, underwear, hair accessories and make up are non returnable due to hygiene but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale items are returnable (unless otherwise stated) but not eligible for the free exchange service
