Order information
We aim to package and deliver your order as quickly as possible, for all orders received before 3pm we endeavor to complete the very same day (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays)
We try to keep our stock levels as high as possible but during busy periods we occassionally run out of items, we do try to keep our website updated but will always email or call you to let you know if the item you are wanting may be delayed
In these cases we may hold back your order for a day or two until the whole order is complete, but if the item is going to be longer than a few days we will post out what we have and leave the item on back order. We will keep you informed at all points.
