Order Processing:
We aim to process orders within 48 hours but please note if your order includes any branded merchandise this will take a minimum of 7/10 working days to process. During this time we will not communicate. Upon despatch of your order you will receive a completion email including the tracking detail.
Whilst we try to keep our stock levels high, but at busy times of the year, we can occasionally run out of some items. We will inform you at the time and give you an approx delivery date.
Delivery:
1st class for all orders under £50.00 is £3.95
2nd class for all orders under £50.00 is £3.45
Courier delivery service (needs a signature) is £5.95 – (all orders over £50.00)
We use Royal Mail for our parcels unless it is a large order or expensive, in which case we will use either a courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery for safe and secure delivery. These will need a signature, but we will contact you to let you know. Royal Mail typically aim to deliver within set times, 1st class is 2-3 days and 2nd class 3-5 days but we cannot guarantee this, it will depend on the time of year and how busy Royal Mail are. Please allow a few days after this for your parcel to arrive. Royal Mail does not class a parcel as missing until 14 days have passed.
